The CCSF can transfect many cell lines as requested.
Cells can be transfected in multi-well plates or cell culture flasks. Some cells can be grown and transfected in suspension culture.
Upon request we are able to purify antibodies or tagged recombinant proteins.
For selection of stable cell lines, we will select with the customer’s antibiotic of choice and the customer is provided with a mixture of cells that grow well in the presence of the antibiotic. Monoclonal cell lines can be generated upon request for an additional charge. Protein expression has to be verified by the customer.
